With proper care, our heavy-duty micron plating typically lasts 1 to 2 years. Factors such as skin pH, contact with perfumes, and frequency of wear will influence the longevity of the finish.
How do I send my items to you for servicing?
Once you place an order, we provide a secure shipping kit and a prepaid label. Simply pack your items according to the instructions and drop them off at any authorized courier location.
What is your turnaround time for plating services?
Our standard processing time is 7 to 10 business days from the moment we receive your item at our facility. This allows our artisans to clean, prep, and plate your jewelry to the highest standard.
Do you offer a warranty on your plating work?
Yes, we provide a 6-month satisfaction guarantee. If the plating fades prematurely due to a defect in our application process, we will re-plate the item free of charge.
Can you plate items that have gemstones or pearls?
Most hard gemstones like diamonds, sapphires, and rubies are safe. However, porous stones like pearls, opals, and turquoise cannot be submerged in plating baths. Please contact us for a custom consultation for these items.
